  • Yea you can he may be the best in the world but if there are flaws in whatever he is doing that means correcting those flaws can improve his performance. Meaning the est in the world can become even better

  • Second he is doing the cleans wrong yes it is an explosive lift but having proper technique makes the lift easier to do, smoother looking, and mostly importantly reduces the chance of injury doing cleans like that can mess up your wrist possibly break them his elbows are suppose to be pointed infront of him.

Doing that sort of training would surely lead to improved times as increasing muscle mass (and weight) inextricably increases agility and range of motion. It is well known that the laws of physics (gravity in particular) do not apply to those who bulk themselves properly with cycles of deca/dbol.
