Evil Vixen and Static are win, I notice that evil Static has an affro rather than dreadlocks.

Have no idea why the stretchy guy is ginger with a goatee though. You're supposed to be evil mate, not look like a plonker.

That's not Static, it's Black Lightning. And evil alternate universe counterparts with goatees to distiguish them from their good alter egos is an old cliche.

One thing that bothers me, though? Why the hell would Vixen, a woman, turn into a MALE lion?

I think it is Static because Black Lighting shot lighting bolts and couldnt control metal like that

It's definitely Black Lightning. All those villains have been on the Justice League at some point. Static never has. Plus Static doesn't have a 'fro. Jeff did.

You could be right cause I looked up Black Lighting and there was a pic of him with a Fro but internet has been wrong before but Static appered in Justice League Unlimited its episode 313 The Once and Future Thing but you also got to remember thet are evil version of their good counter part like the evil Elonated Man had a gotee the good one dosent and Lanturn the bad one has long slicked back hair

The stretchy guy is the evil version of Ralph Dibney AKA the Elongated Man. He had red hair in the comics, was clean shaven and a more conservative haircut. Obviously, since he's an evil version, they decided to have fun with him by giving him the mohawk and goatee. The lady in the rainbow outfit fighting GL is the evil version of Halo. I would guess the lady with the daggers and cat-mask is supposed to be Cheshire, although she's a villain in normal continuity as well.

Could it be an evil version of Katana? it seems that she would fit in with Black Lightning, both of them were on the Outsiders. Vixen and Ralph were on the same roster in the justice league. It was the team when Manhunter and Aquaman were co-leaders and Steel 2, Zatana, Vibe and Firestorm were on that team.

Maybe. I thought Cheshire because her costume design is very similar to the design for her that was used in the Teen Titans animated series, except she has a different color scheme.

Although her powers seem more like Beast Boy's in that she actually changes into the actual animal instead of just acquiring its powers.
