  • I'm 13 only and I can do full dips, just like her with no added weight and all the way down 100% perfect and full, for about 78 reps tops. XD

  • I always do them and they've promised me great results, in full-ROM all the way down with 100% depth and back up strict. It takes more power to do so, but more power creates EVEN more power. :)

    you could just try to do dips every day right after your regular training program (unless it is triceps). you could do 3 sets of dips, trying for as much reps as possible in each set. i hope this will help

    it can be the other way around

    if you keep your body straight during your reps then it'll target your triceps
