how can you impove the amount of reps you can do on that, cuz my dad can do like 60 of them, no joke, he said if i can ever out do him he will buy me a new laptop, how can i increase the reps of those dips, but he does it with 2 chairs and goes between the 2 chairs with the back of the chair facing him
you could just try to do dips every day right after your regular training program (unless it is triceps). you could do 3 sets of dips, trying for as much reps as possible in each set. i hope this will help

Actually this is a full range of motion for this exercise! Going further down is vary bad for the shoulder.

I'm 13 only and I can do full dips, just like her with no added weight and all the way down 100% perfect and full, for about 78 reps tops. XD
