can an one help me ive done classic mode 100% and ive got one mission left which is the green top one ( im playing on a 360) and wen i get the bar to half way it says out of bounds :( so my bar gose all the way down! :( :( so now i cant get 100% complete story mode (damm mission) is it my disc or wat ?

no i didn't, no codes inputted over fear of Microsoft's future update to there 360's in which they will be able to ban accounts that use cheats.
