These little cakes may be small but have a huge burst of flavour!!! I'm so hooked!!! If you've never tried one I recommend the Beth's Bottom Up! Its a chocolate chip devils food cake, with a cream cheese filling, and killer caramel icing to die for! Ok I have to go have one now...
I saw this on Extra last Saturday, I have had these in Montville. They ARE amazing! You can get them at other coffee shops as well. Now I buy them direct from Shelby Cakes. They are so fresh and so many choices! I can't wait to try all 50 flavours! I spoke with the girls the other day and they are working on their website now, it supposed to be up soon, so it's best to call them direct. 07 5313 7855.

I just found out that they ship all over Australia! Now I can get my Shelby Cakes fix wherever I am! I love the J.D.'s Chilli Chocolate and Jaffa Jubilee! Yummmmm!

The only thing is, there are SO many flavours to choose from! Definitely spoilt for choice!!!
