That is a collapsing training/practice sword... I had an old (70 or so) Chinese woman for a neighbor years back and she would practice her tai chi with one of these. She was awesome at it and could fuck you up with it as its just like an ASP baton when smacked over the head with. She had two and sometimes I'd see her teaching her grandchildren late at night so she wouldnt get in trouble with our apartment security's weapon rules. I havent seen one for over a decade. Nice...
