Those pictures are 3 years old and they were private pictures stolen from her by a hacker named Train Reqs and HE posted them online. Miley clearly has determination and drive, but I wouldn't say she is overly talented. Don't get me wrong, she is a great performer, but she lacks real vocal range. That doesn't mean, however, that she won't go far.

Those pictures are 3 years old and they were private pictures stolen from her by a hacker named Train Reqs and HE posted them online. If haters stopped using them in videos every other week they would be gone and no danger to her young fans, but you people keep them out there so who's fault is it really, plus she is not showing anything in any of them that is not allowed. Btw most of her fans are actually 14 - 25 not 7 -10. We have yet to see any kids trying to mimic those pics so get over it

The thing is people are acting as if those pictures are something new. It happened 3 years ago when she was going out with Nick Jonas and thought she so much in love and several of them are just her in her bikini. Maybe she should not have taken them, but you point out 1 teenager to me who always has sound judgment 100% of the time especially at the age of 14. If there were laws to protect the privacy of celebrities such as paparazzi can't follow them unless they are doing something something ..

When they are just out doing every day stuff they should NOT be allowed to follow or photograph them and their kids unless they get into the business should be off limits entirely. That whole poll is influenced first off by the choices that were put in it. Britney was on the list, but has basically been out of the news completely the past year. Miley was the big name on the list and it was skewed to make her be at the top. Not to mention people could vote more than once so that made the poll inaccurate.
