Looks nice, but the collar capability is just thrown in. The shirt would just slip out once you let go of it.
Otherwise, all the other capabilities are great. 4/5 stars.
You should also think about making a smaller one, like the dorm room size ones that fit on a desk.

qrky.comVsTEQ Here is a link to purchase this amazing thing. I have been waiting for someone to invent a better ironing board for years. Stretching pants and shirts over the large ends of traditional ironing boards just does not work.
