On the 1st go you type a pass to try login then reboot with Kon-boot but on the 2nd go you just press enter. So I'm wondering if actually there were no password set up. This would mean you just made a video with a piece of software that boots to load Seven.
And as JanyPL says there are free solutions available thanks to the Linux and Free Software community. People who spend money in this just don't know about it.
@thefivestarboss It maybe and I don't say he does but the video is incomplete the way it is. I guess he won't deceive us but anyway there are free working alternatives ans I saw he also made videos for them. Just go free. ;)
password renew also helps to change the forgotten password but you need to use it with live cd. or download Falcon Ultimate Boot Cd 4.5 it have konboot 1.1 in it.

@Gimi2K That doesn't work, I have a standard user and my dad is an admin user, I got into safe mode but there was no point, I can't log into his user and when I'm on my user I still need to put admin password to change anything.

@ahmie1000 should be an "boot menu" option at the very beginning of your comp start-up, the common keys are usually F1, F2, or F3 (those aren't the only ones tho) so try pressing one of those keys (or others you got from a website) at the very beginning of your comp startup, like RIGHT when you turn it on, the menu gives you access to bios and all sorts of stuff. :)
just to let you guys know you dont have to buy this program all you have to do is simply download bit comet do what it takes to access it its free and click on pirate bay on the left once your web browser takes you to the site type the program name in the search bar of pirate bay click search then find the torrent download it once you do there are help guides to put the program on CD or USB
Kon-Boot is a no-go for the Toshiba L455D-S5976 (Windows 7 Home Premium x32). I know the password, but tested it just to see what happens and I get the blue-screen-of-death after Kon-Boot says "Booting Up!". Searched it up, and found out Toshiba patched it in their BIOS.
5)After you have logged in ,go to control panel and create a new user account with administrative rights.
6)Remove konboot usb flash and restart your computer.
7)Login to your new administrator account (without pass) ,go to control panel and find your previous user account and select > delete (or remove) password.
8)Restart pc and login with your previous account and then you can delete the new you created and everything should be fine;))
.....Personally I used my usb flash because is much more easy.
3)You go to konbootInstall.exe in the folder USB Konboot you downloaded.You install Konboot to you Flash as shown in the above video(typing the letter of the usb drive to the command programm that asks you for)
4)You turn on your locked PC and select (pressing f12 at the very start of booting) >boot usb flash drive.Then you select Konboot program and it leads you to the logon screen where you bypass the locked pass by pressing enter

Windows passwords are stored in SAM files. I haven't done it myself but my theory is to
1. Use different machine with same OS to create a user with empty password.
2. Use Linux to copy the SAM file with empty password that yu just created.
3. Boot the machine (the one where yu forget the password) via Linux
4. Important, create a backup of yur current SAM files. I dunno if it works
5. Replace the SAM files
Yu can use Slitaz linux cuz it is just 30mb in size and can be installed in a minute

@Gimi2K That doesn't work, I have a standard user and my dad is an admin user, I got into safe mode but there was no point, I can't log into his user and when I'm on my user I still need to put admin password to change anything.

I'm writing this on my iPhone so can't download it on here. and nah don't have another account or access to another computer. If I had access to a computer I would unlock it without falling for these scams n stuff where you have to pay or whatever. There's about 6 or 7 ways to unlock it with access to a computer without downloading or paying for anything. @ahmie1000 should be an "boot menu" option at the very beginning of your comp start-up, the common keys are usually F1, F2, or F3 (those aren't the only ones tho) so try pressing one of those keys (or others you got from a website) at the very beginning of your comp startup, like RIGHT when you turn it on, the menu gives you access to bios and all sorts of stuff. :)

just to let you guys know you dont have to buy this program all you have to do is simply download bit comet do what it takes to access it its free and click on pirate bay on the left once your web browser takes you to the site type the program name in the search bar of pirate bay click search then find the torrent download it once you do there are help guides to put the program on CD or USB

Kon-Boot is a no-go for the Toshiba L455D-S5976 (Windows 7 Home Premium x32). I know the password, but tested it just to see what happens and I get the blue-screen-of-death after Kon-Boot says "Booting Up!". Searched it up, and found out Toshiba patched it in their BIOS.

5)After you have logged in ,go to control panel and create a new user account with administrative rights.
6)Remove konboot usb flash and restart your computer.
7)Login to your new administrator account (without pass) ,go to control panel and find your previous user account and select > delete (or remove) password.
8)Restart pc and login with your previous account and then you can delete the new you created and everything should be fine;))

.....Personally I used my usb flash because is much more easy.
3)You go to konbootInstall.exe in the folder USB Konboot you downloaded.You install Konboot to you Flash as shown in the above video(typing the letter of the usb drive to the command programm that asks you for)
4)You turn on your locked PC and select (pressing f12 at the very start of booting) >boot usb flash drive.Then you select Konboot program and it leads you to the logon screen where you bypass the locked pass by pressing enter

I set a password on my account on windows 7 and after I shut off pc and reboot I cannot login with my password.
I downloaded Konboot and then all became simple :)
It has good guides within the download folder or for more direct explanation do the exact :
1)Use a computer with internet connection and download Konboot v 1.1. (for windows 7)
2) You will need a usb or a Cd to install konboot so you can boot it from your locked computer

My roommate locked me out of my own laptop, n' no one had a bit of advice which helped; but KONBOOT DID THE TRICK!!! ^_^ W/o your video here I'd never have known KB existed, so I am SUPREMELY grateful! I had to buy the $15 edition for Win. 7, but given the cost that might've come w/having someone work on it or buying a new laptop, the 15 bucks was TOTALLY worth it! Thank you so, so, sooo MUCH!
