It is juat a matter of patience. Try to play the notes from a slower tempo and increase the speed little by little. Don't give up, take your time and enjoy at the same time. The secret is PERSEVERANCE!.

very good man.correct me ive im wrong but i think on the first bar or so paul mccartney doesnt use the alternating left hand c bass until the second bar or so just a single note c bass
