I tried this recipe and it's great, but I made certain modifications. Since in the US, gelatin comes in envelopes and not in leafs, I dissolved the powder in the lime. 3-4 leaves = 1 Knox gelatin envelope. I added a tsp. of vanilla to the mixture and a hint of cognac to the whipped cream mixture. It's delicious.

You have to keep 3-5 hours in the fridge before to serve to get the real texture as mousse.
