Hey i am having trouble playing battle zone on vista its slow and it crashes sometimes and graphics are really messed up. I know its an old game but i remeber playing this a few years ago on a xp machine it ran fine and the grapics were nt messed up. IT has low frame rate choppy and everything looks like a pixel. Pretty much unplayable when there more then few units attacking each other HELP HELP!

Two things MAY help: #1. Put Vista into powersaver mode with no other programs running. Worked wonders in home premium.
#2. (only works half the time) Turn off 3d acceleration in the options menu.
Are you running BZ stock or 1.4 upgrade. id seriously recommend downloading the free mod BZ Enhanced. More maps, ships, and hacker-free... all the serious players use it. See you in the zone..
Thanks for the advice. I fixed everything. I am play on both stock and BZE. Each side keeps shooting down the other while both have negative claims about each other. Which I think are all lies. I have not yet seen anything bad about either game. BZE seems fine same for the stock. What started this Drama?
