The best way to catch a cheating partner is to just loan him/her YOUR car with an installed audio/video hidden servaillance cam. It's legal because it's your car! Believe me, you will hear him/her say sooooo much shit more than you can imagine! I wanted to place it at my ex's house but I was too scared to get caught and sued!
