It's tough being their child, best friend, cousin, niece, etc... You wait and hope that car with the military officials don't come knocking on the door. Each time you see those cars you find yourself holding your breath waiting and hoping it drives by yet sad when you see it stop down the street at another person's house where you know that person's loved one lives. I don't support this war but that doesn't mean I don't love & support our troops & our veterans.

The first time I heard this song my husband who is deployed had burned it on a cd and sent it to me with a litte sticky note that said I know I'm not good with words so maybe this will help. I cried so hard when I listened to it. He is still over there and we both still listen to this song.
