I read some of your comments concerning race and wealth...However music is no respecter of man, race, creed, or color...Either u can play or u cant...The only discrimination in music is the different types...A blues player may not be able to play classical at all and a classical player may not be able to play rock at all, yet they all use the same 12 notes...
@Tonewheeldude: I didn't want to imply that you don't work hard. Youtube comments are actually quite stupid, because it's so easy to be misunderstood ; )
@chieftp don't be a racist prick, you ignorant pos. white folk? this shit is getting annoying. you're born into wealth or not, otherwise it all depends on intelligence and drive. the only advantage i've ever had in life is self-examination. skin color has nothing to f'n do with it.
@chieftp How do you know they are wealthy i live in norway right next door and i know they are not wealthy they are just working people just like you and me.
And your point is what... you don't approve of this? You should hear Larry Goldings play B3 like a piano. The scales would fall from your uninitiated ears!
Very good performance I've been playing for several years and still can't figure out how to move my hands all over it like that. thanks for your great work. steven
are you pierre swärd himself? i saw him/you at the kongens have at the copenhagen jazz festival, and it was just amazing. i really want to get that song "the monster from..." something. i bought the groove factor cd.. a beauty!
When you're doing lead runs with your right hand (just a lot of good organ players, not specifically anyone), what do you do when you hit more than one note at a time in those runs. Obviously you can hit the chords, but it seems like some accidentals being thrown in on top maybe? I've not been able to figure out really.
That's what I am talkin about! Come over to the US and give me some lessons Pierre. Nice place for you to stay. Have a B3 and S90ES keyboard. I know you want to! LOL!!
And Smith didn' t play bass on the pedals himself most of the times... Or he would just tap one or 2 of the pedals the fatten the sound. But no basslines...
Nice job! What is going on in Sweden? About every third keyboard player has some connection with Sweden!! Very useful site for keyboard players! I will pass this on to my friends who play keys!! Thanks again.....Joe Taska
Thats my Idea!To help all the Hammond Organ Players out there!Regardless of Country!Glad that i Can have a bit of a Hammond School here!Keep on Jammin!
