It seems to be on none of their dvds (or am I blind?), but if you are able to spend some money, it is on the dvd of the movie. In my opinion the movie alone is worth buying it, but the Apocalyptica-video is a nice feature.

Heheeey, I was there :) Was really strange, listening to my favourite Apocalyptica song live and sung by a guy whose vocal range is SOOO different.
