every 32bit proccesor can allway's do real 3d i garantee, even the gba deespites lacking a 3d chip, instead it,s done trough software but requires alot of horse power.
even supermario64 can be possible once compremised into 32bit.
even then the gba has enough left power for mono sound.
Wrong. Just because a chip is 32-bit does not mean it can do 3D. Yes, 3D can be done in software, at a huge hit to the processor, but that doesn't mean that ANY 32-bit processor can do 3D.
Mario 64 and it's ability to run on a 32-bit processor means nothing. That has absolutely nothing to do with what you are talking about.
@DeweyTheTotodile well i didnt exactly mean it was meant for it, im just saying it was meant for little 3D graphics like in a side scroller. There are some sidescrollers with 3D graphics in the GBA.
it,s absolutely clear that the gba could handle 3d,but since most 3d games on it are to hard to play it does,nt do anny justice, next time if they create a 3d game for the gba, they,ve to make it much much more easier and fun to play.
I agree. The best GBA games talking about graphics were all cancelled >:-( , check out the others monokoma videos and you will find out. There was even a "GTA 3" game style in 3D for game boy advance that was cancelled, I don't remember the name, it is a monokoma video as well.

It would have been nice to have 3D on the GBA but remember it would have pushed the GBA to it's limits.
The game wouldn't run very smoothly and also it'd be an eye strain.
Better off having a good looking 2D game than a 3D game that runs horrible.

I wholeheartedly agree with that last sentence.

Bullshit Nintendo, I love the GBA, I dont know why you had to cancel 3D games that could have sold...

There's one 3D game on GBA i know of called Ecks vs Sever. Looks and handles similar to doom.

I want to know if Halo on GBA could be done using the GTA1 engine. Except for the sprites are 3D.
NixonTech2071 3 years ago
They tried making a halo game for the GBA, but it was never released due to licensing issues.

No, you're thinking of the DS. And it wasn't because of copyright, it was because no one wanted to work on it.

With the quality of those graphics they could have probably done Phantom Hourglass on the GBA.

I would have liked more games that looked like that on the gba.
