Great stuff! Finally got to see how that amazing intro goes! Mr Nesmith is such an overlooked talent - this is probably the original country-rock song (meaning all the stuff that followed in the 70s). And the lyric to this song is cool. Really loved your version. Best wishes mate.

@mermandrea Very well-loved...but mostly by insane Monkees fans like me (and I'm assuming you)...but well-loved doesn't mean it's well known (like say Last Train to Clarksville or Daydream Believer). Still this is one of my favorite Monkees songs and I love this cover! :-)
