Your'e moving the paper at times when it doesn't need to be moved...this confuses the viewer in to attempting a fold which doesn't need to be done... only move the paper when a fold needs to be creased so the viewers can follow the instructions properly..this is a very easy piece of origami which any one can do with ease you've made it harder then it looks, which people from the origami community don't appreciate.

3. you killed the model with you lousy instructions and the wrong choice of paper. Heart should be red, wings white.. The two pointed tips of the heart should be folded back to give it a proper shape. REMOVE IT.
