the levers are for flips they put the levers up when they are going to do a high big flip such as a upside down scorpian wright back tell u more

actualy if u put ur feet in that than ur friggen screw

they so when do handle bar grabs they dont over extend

another purpose is they dont over rev a jump and just fly straight over it or not go far enough
