Hey, will this game run on my computer? It is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00GHz It dosen't meet the requirements but i have BF2 that I play on my other laptop and that doesn't meet the requirements of it but it still works.

I wanted to ask and make sure before I buy this game for PC that Homefront doesn't have to many issues with it. Does it have some sort of Lag-problem or Internet-problem or anything you have experienced. For your information I do have a pretty new PC :)

@Ritsjuhhh Its a Steamworks tiutle for PC so yes. You can buy a retail copy if you don't want to wait for it to download, but in the end it must be activated on it.

@flashfreze Can't say for sure. Although Linux tends to use little resources, remember that you have to take into account what Wine uses. Also, you should check the compatibility list to make sure it plays well with it.

@richardclayton2007 Honestly, I enjoy it a lot. It doesn't have the insane lag issues BC2 and MoH had at launch. I would say its worth getting.

You really don't need more beyond a limit. My mouse has a hotswap button between 1600 and 800. I use 800 for browsing and less aim focused games. 1600 for aimfocused games. Usually use about 1/2 the sensitivity settings though. I don't know why.

Also the monitor doesn't matter really aslong as it's 16:9 or 16:10 and has atleast a 60hz update rate (standard).

Oh and it helps if it's not 10cm across.

@SnoweyMan111 Yes there are Dedicated Servers. Pretty decent servers too. And as for "New Game" feel, Homefront really does have a lot of potential.

@ArbalestModel Yeah as it's UE3 i kinda thought it obvious. But when you see an engine like iw's Mw2 engine. Where they blatantly disabled the feature for god knows what reason (i checked the code, and alot of the console commands) you kinda feel forced to ask.

Favorite feature? I preorderd it already just because i found it so cheap. It's about 50$ in USD. But over here for a new game that's considerd cheap. Just because the USD is so low now.
