Who the hell thought they were a good idea? Guys who thought the future would be full of flying cars and the constant threat of machines taking over the world. But no chance of that crap happening. I'm sticking to "real" games, because having a phone, mp3 and game player inside of a touch screen is a terrible, terrible idea.

what, i hope the ridiculously slow falling speed is because the game is on "easy." the point of that level is not to memorize the patterns of the lasers, you can it just takes a while. if you have time stopper you can use that and it stops the lasers from coming out altogether. regardless, trying to do that part without timestopper on that little ipod joystick thing would be impossible

You can see some of the problems even in the video... the jumping is substantially off from the original. You're much floatier. He's also got weird jumps after getting hit in Airman's stage.

Not a must buy at all.  Visible even just based on the video.

I can't get past the ladder part of the beginning of dr wilys castle. I know yur supposed to use item 1 to make steps to jump on but the controls are so crappy I can't complete the move. Pisses me off to no end. At least I only wasted .99

The controls in this ap were the complete opposite of forgiving. They always made you go in the wrong direction. And what was up with the new super jumping? I loved MM2 on the nes and this version is an abomination. This guy loses all credibility for actually telling people he recommends this garbage.

Mega Man originals were poorly designed due to lack of balance and fairness. But I must say, I enjoyed some of it. Still, you can't dynamically dodge like in the X series. And then Mega Man & Bass was total bullshit since Bass is OP'd and Mega Man is a pussy.

Good thing they rebalanced MM2 for the iPhone release.

I was wondering wqith iphone games, if your moving and you want to jump and shoot can you use your thumb to press both the L and R buttons at once?

It is a port of the crappy cell phone games, it was made easier to play with crappy cell phones and crappy cell phone controls.

If you going into it knowing this, it's an alright game, asking price is kind of high though.

Sorry you fell that way but I do know what I am talking about. I played through the original game the same week it came out on the NES. This is my favorite Mega Man game and just because the controls are a little difficult and Mega Man is a little floaty, it is not a bad port. They made the game more forgiving due to the inability to have very precise controls.

Get a brain dumbass, I never said Megaman 2 was bad, it's one of my favorite games. It's just not the NES game, it's not even close. Did the NES version ever have easy, normal and hard? No, I didn't think so, it had normal and difficult.

All I was saying is don't expect it to be like the NES game, anyways, that comment is over a year old! They did update it, but it's still not great.

The WIi version is superior for 2 reasons for me.

1. You can use the Wiimote on its side to mimic the NES controller, and it works great.

2. It's on a Nintendo console, where it belongs!
