I'm pretty neutral on hippies/activists (don't always agree with them/their methods, but at the same time I am friends with a lot of them and like the culture) but I draw at the line at paying respect to drum circles. They are the one of the most ostentatious things on planet earth.

Maybe if you walked through Golden Gate park and see the homeless crapping on things, and see all the used syringes in the play grounds. You might understand why people dont like the hippies .

As a resident of SF I want nothing more than to pave golden gate park maybe then it wont be so hazadous to childen .
