I think if u drive all over NYC u already know where u can park and not. I always try parking near residential areas that helps. + A simple 311 call does the trick on alternate side tips. Who the fuck is going to open up their laptop or PDA to check for a parking spot and pay $30 a year? This is NYC we aint got time for that!
