Be a little more careful on the BCAAs. Tooooo much can reduce the serotonine level as it blocks Tryptophan in the brain.Therefore don't take it before bedtime.Rather supply your sleep with L-Tryptophan.

I'm an ectomorph so I don't include a no carb day (which most people would include on their carb cycling diet) and I don't starve myself... but then again I guess it is all about sticking to a diet that works for you... by the way thanks for the reply... keep those vids coming...

great article on studies on caffeine and creatine together. they say high lvl of coffee can cancel it out but it wont effect people who dont consume high lvls of caffeine while taking creatine. i do take nitrix oxide while taking kreakalyn but i dont stack them. i take krakalyn with breakfast then 2 hours later i lift and take nitrix oxide 15min befire. then kreakalyn with post workout shake so according to this article it shouldnt effect me

Coffee is a good pre-workout for sure, but you have to make sure it's black. If you put a bunch of fattening cream and sugar in it, then it is NO GOOD. I think it's important to specify this for the people wondering, since a lot of people can't imagine drinking black coffee nowadays.
@CIarKent If it's nonfat milk and you're only having a cup or two of coffee, then that's fine. But milk has sugar as well, so you have to keep an eye on it. Black coffee gives you a better jolt anyway in my experience, so if you can deal with the taste and just down it, all the better.
I read online that ejaculation turns Tesotsteron into DHT (a bad form of testosteron) which speeds up baldness and other bad stuff. by avoiding ejaculation you can raise your good testosteron levels if you abstain for 7 days (on the 8th day the testosteron levels drop again)
so its best to do it once a week (which is almost impossible I know)
