Muharram mourning is not to mourn their Shahadah, but being devoted followers of the Holy Prophet, this is a grief of the brutalities which the Household of the Prophet faced. About the mourning of myrtires you read the chapter about Hazrat Hamza (RA) in Sahih Muslim and you will find a Hadith where the Prophet (PBUH) has "thanked" thise who mourn Hazrat Hamza's Shahadat.
Also mourning is emotional phenomenon and Islam is a natural religion.

Well the Qur'an never forbade us from mourning. Muharram mourning is not to mourn their Shahadah, but being devoted followers of the Holy Prophet, this is a grief of the brutalities which the Household of the Prophet faced. About the mourning of myrtires you read the chapter about Hazrat Hamza (RA) in Sahih Muslim and you will find a Hadith where the Prophet (PBUH) has "thanked" thise who mourn Hazrat Hamza's Shahadat.
Also mourning is emotional phenomenon and Islam is a natural religion.

Mourning is never forbidden in the Holy Qur'an. In a Hadith regarding mourning on the myrtiredom of Hazrat Hamza (RA) the Prophet has literally allowed all the participants. It is an emotional phenomenon and being devoted followers of The Holy Prophet we mourn the sufferings of His (PBUH) Household, and it is a sign of concern.
Islam is a natural religion and in nature you cannot force someone to stop his inner feelings of sorrow over some loss.

'So with those among them whom you have enjoyed, give them their required due'(4:24) was revealed on the subject of the Mut'ah marriage. A Mut'ah marriage is a marriage that ends upon a predetermined date." Tafsir ibn Kathir.

It is to inform you that Islam was a global religion not only for Madina. Even if not applicable but What is declared lawful by Allah Almighty cannot be declared unlawful (banned) even by the Prophet (PBUH).

Bible (old and new testaments) forbids unlawful sexual relationships. almost 98 perecent poplulation of united states is adulterous (bf gf). They only marry after doing animal-like-open-sex. this is Gods punishment. none of them is pure except few priests and nuns. whole nation is corrupted in the sight of God nomatter they have build up high rise like pharorahs.

damn.. i hope a day will come when there is peace, no killings, no butchery. i hope a day will come when WE HUMANS will learn to respect each others beliefs. its quite frustrating to see and hear that religion is is sometimes the root of all this war, this hatred. my God is better than your God, east vs west.. how sad.
