@Tarsan97 oh thanks man, i agree, i always try to have fun with a nice melody or groove, i think the most important thing is to transmit feelings thru your playing, speed is only a bonus but sometimes the best solos are made with only one slow note. Wow. It's been a long time since I've seen anything by you now. But this song was awesome. The slow part was cool and from 1:58. The one from 1:58 was so wierd. It was like very southern style "swamp music" in the background and funky style on your guitar.

You obviously played background guitar and slide guitar. But did you do the drums also?

Anyways, great song man. I rarely listen to country. But your songs are different.

Not a problem...and I wish I could play country guitar like you--or half as well as you can, for that matter! The biggest problem I have with it is playing fast...sometimes, my fingers just don't move as fast as I wish they could!

badfinger848, try to keep your both hands as relaxed as you can , almost death, and start very very slow , then little by little you will get a good speed, this trick always works, try it ! good luck.

Hey, you need to wipe down your strings with an anti static sheet (the ones you use for your clothes in your dryier). It cuts down on that shocking sound from static electricity.
