Great vid. For you non-pocket guns it looks like you primarily carry OWB. I've got an OD G27 that I carry IWB in an MTAC holster. I've been very happy with that setup.
I haven't found a great holster for my FNX yet. I'm using a modified Serpa designed for an XD compact. Thoughts?
@ExtraneousSolutions During the winter months I carry OWB 90% of the time. I find it more comfortable and it is usually more compatible what I am wearing. During the summer months it is 50/50 for IWB and OWB depending on where I am going. If you dont mind leather holsters check out Tagua. I have one for a Springfield XD and it fits my FNP like a glove. I haven't looked into FNX/FNP kydex holsters yet. Thanks for watching!

I have really been getting into smaller edc blades and was wondering what your thoughts on the mini-grip were. @guitarmikey2 I am always a fan of variety and with my edc drawer it certainly keeps it fresh! The Mini Grip is an outstanding blade. For the size and weight you get a lot of knife. Cool video, Keelen. I do have a couple question for you.
What do you think of the Kershaw Volt II, since it is in your EDC system? I thought about getting one, I have a Kershaw Oso Sweet, and I'm not digging it. Blade shape is almost a spearpoint, and the belly trails up to the tip, like a SOG Aegis. I like consistent belly up to the tip in my blades.
Secondly, you have a lot of flashlights available in your EDC system. Is their design for tactical usage, or is it more utility in function?
@matthias66 I am a fan of the Volt II but if you didnt like the OSO Sweet you might not like that either. It doesnt have the same blade shape but the ergos are pretty similar. For the price it wouldnt be a bad idea to try it out but I am a fan of many kinds of knives.
Every flashlight that I have is purely for utility. I would even go as far as saying that nothing in my edc system is "Tactical". I am not a fan of the tactical concept and simply use my tools for utility tasks.
An edc system works soo much better when it is organized like you have it. I used to just throw all my stuff on a desk but hen i picked up a drawer similar to yours and it has been working great for me.
Too much. How do you become profecient with defense equipment when you have so many options? A handgun should become second nature. Great if you can. I tend to keep it simple.
@idpa2000 I like to have options. I have found that if I restrict myself to one type of carry or firearm I am less likely to carry if my day/outing does not work with my carry gun. Just got the ZT0350 for Christmas last month, based on your review. Well worth the extra weight, and seriously competition for my Spydie PM2 as my uniform EDC choice. I also advocate the Spyderco Stretch 2 as a possible EDC contender. So light weight, with a strong lock up and an outstanding blade shape! Another great vid, dude. Please keep 'em coming!

@JoeDurobot The entire black case is my EDC drawer. I keep all my knives and flashlights there. I only keep my carry gun and one other out with them. Everything else is put away during the day. I just brought everything out for this video.

@JoeDurobot The entire black case is my EDC drawer. I keep all my knives and flashlights there. I only keep my carry gun and one other out with them. Everything else is put away during the day. I just brought everything out for this video.
