Yes everything you see is going to be built in Yerevan, i believe its near the Ararat brandy factory. There are other large projects now being done by glendale hills within Yerevan and all over Armenia.

there are much more projects on top of that. they have the erebuni plaza which is almost done, hermek building, cinema house which is going to be a tall building they have already more than half way done. Ararat towers which are completed now, indoor mall also being built which is really nice i think on khorentsi street which is going to be a tall building. plaza on Amiryan street, etc there is a lot more to that,.

Armen jan not only that there is much more projects being carried out by glendalehills. They are building them by the cognac/wine factory. Other like Buzand project being next to republic square. etc alos another projects by hermek and elitegroup and much more. There is also new Yerevan towers being built at the moment. Its quite amazing and much much more especially by Kaskad all these new projects like windowstoararat. etc

Yes Ari jan this is currently being built right now in Yerevan, glendalehills is the company ofcourse owned by Armenians who are building these projects in Yerevan. Some are finished some are still under construction.

And it is only near Wine factory.
