  • the people who comment on this video are so bored that they had to type something.

  • @Takito664 I guess that's why you commented :)

  • Everybody used to watch Boondocks. Why'd they stop? Now the lady that do the brother's voices doin' some other show. Very dissapointing how they left their fanbase hanging.

  • there making a new season for 2010, the brotha just wanted to take a break.

  • What credible source told you that?

  • theres a video on youtube where they interviewed the maker of thye boondocks and he said there currently working on season 3 for 2010. he still not sure what air date, he just took time for himself. also its on wikipedia. ill try to find the video and send it to you.

  • i heard that season 3 is startin in march or april

  • Public enemy number one is February. So much is going to happen in March (baseball, boondocks maybe, good weather) it's not even funny. It's a short month but Feb. seems like it's taking forever.

  • end of march

  • Damn, never heard this track before. Fire tho.

  • I am lovin this beat

  • Nas got his flow on point on this track

  • Jayz is a punk who cant rap.. Nas is like a prophet

  • @nikesvvoosh my man jay still got it

  • @switch3nt19560 your man ain't never had it he sucks horribly he lost his own company he is a bitch nas destroyed the fag and he will do it again if that gay z ever talks shit again and if jay z had it he wouldnt be a sell out bitch thats the truth nas is extremly better than gay z nas is a legend gayz is a bitch

  • @tetsuge1 ? i dnt even like jay z ima nas fan u gota admit wen ya artist loses listen to the takeover the whole thing nas gets ripped n jay z neva sold out he still raps the same way he always did all that changed wuz his clothes but wat artist doesnt change his style afta a while u hatin jay 4 no reason

  • @nikesvvoosh what??? jay??? cant rap??? nas IS a prophet... but for saying that you outta pocket scud

  • @april0293

PREACH BROTHA!!! Nas obviously beat Jay z in winning over New York. But Hov is too nice, and his overall skill level and ability to freestyle is what lets him in my top 5 and not Nas...

    In no order:

    A - Black Thought

    B - Common Sense

    C - Jay -Z

    D - Big Pun

    E - Eminem / Lupe Fiasco / Nas / Jadakiss ....( I guess my top 5 is negotiable)

  • @Drizz040392 im proud of you

  • @april0293

sarcasm or do u sincerely like my perspective?

  • @Drizz040392

i like ur jay nas kiss pun and em but even all of them wud have big in their top 5

  • @TheVisionXLII

The fact that u didnt comment on Black Thought and Common is what scares me... and Biggie is aiight, arguably better than maybe Nas, Jadakiss and Eminem (b/c of his current shit) but again...if u dont like Black THought and Common then I have no respect for your taste in hiphop

  • @Drizz040392

i didnt say i didnt like them i just dont have them in my top 5 and probably not even in my top 10. i use to love h.e.r. is one of my favorite songs of all time but i wud put AZ big L krs one rakim styles p guru and thats just off the top of my head, over them.

  • @TheVisionXLII

Well music is all opinionated so i cant argue. But that song u named doesnt even scratch the surface on Common's skills. Try: Common - Real Nigga Quotes,.... and ur kidding right? Do you even know who Black Thought is? Try this with youtube /watch?v=B8mYU6ffNGI

  • @Drizz040392

    @Drizz040392

lol do u even kno who he is? cmon son i listened to the roots when u was still in diapers but u obviously done ur research 2 find good music so im proud of u. not like the rest of these teenagers knockin their garbage but i enourage u to explore deeper and check out some other types of hip hop not just conscience rap.

  • @TheVisionXLII

of course..other types of hiphop like punchline rappers...cuz that is the only other genre you mentioned with ur half-baked list. And thank you...i listen to music for that exact reason; for random old guys to be proud of my selection. ANd for your information, just because you were lucky enough to live through the Golden Age of Hiphop does not make your knowledge of rap superior to mine. FInally, I said Jay, Pun, Lupe and Eminem...which of these are limited to consience rap?

  • @Drizz040392

u put black thought in a top 5 and didnt even mention big or pac. like i said i like him as a mc but he never even had a classic album. And if u think AZ krs one rakim or anyone else on my list are just "punchline" rappers u should try listenen to more of there work.

  • @TheVisionXLII

"punchline rappers...cuz that is the only OTHER genre you mentioned.." Notice I said other...

Just to be clear I was exposing the fact that all the rappers you named, excluding Styles P and Big L, are conscience emcees. However much "street" flavor AZ, Guru, and Rakim bring, they are still politically aware.

So I am curious... if they arent punchline and conscious rappers... how would you label them?

And I respect the quality of work from both Big and Pac. but...cmon...

  • @Drizz040392 i wouldnt label them with just 1 word except maybe versatile. And i dont kno about u but i been followin styles career thoroughly since the money power respect album and he has also made songs on the conscience tip too. Including with black thought common mos def and talib kweli making him very versatile and always bein original.

  • @Drizz040392 and if u thought big l was just a "punchline rapper" check out tracks like the heist and casualties of a dice game. Cuz yes he had some of the illest punchlines in history, but he was an incredble story teller too. This dude cud play a movie in ur brain

  • @nikesvvoosh i like how we were both smart people.

  • I also think Nastradamus and It Was Written are very underated albums, come get me on Nastradamus is one of my all time fav Nas tunes.

  • All his albums is hot, he got some real deep political tracks on Streets Deciple as well as his Untitled album.. I'm feeling his newest album the most right now as i've become more attentive to politics and so called conspiracy

  • illmatic is a classic, but what about stillmatic... just as good but in different ways. Plus he kills jay on ether, aint no coming back from that.

  • Yo ill song you put up

  • beat is off the chain

  • You Gotta Love It / Nas ft. AZ , The Lost Tapes.

The hottest joint besides No Idea's Original.

  • no idea's oringinal one o my fav songs.. yu deserve a plus thumb thingy ->

  • @josebronze

Ahhhhhhhh, good lookin' . . . the bars on No Idea's Original are tight but I don't like how Nas sounds over that beat . . . Mos Def & Minnesota did much better over it on "Grown Man Business (Fresh Vintage Bottles)", IMO. I didn't even get to hear "The Lost Tapes" in its entirety though I'm really slippin'!

  • @KoldShadow

    You've been slippin'?

I'm a Mos fan and never heard of Grown Man B.I., thanx for puttin' me up on that!

  • @josebronze

Hahaha, 4 sho . . . after peepin' it lemme know what you think is better, that or Nas over it. Funny how they're the exact same beat and "No Idea's Original" is prod. by The Alchemist but "Grown Man B.I." is prod. by Minnesota. Papoose hit it too on a mixtape joint called "Maintaining" you might wanna check that out, it's on YouTube.

  • "nas is like" still kicks my ass every time i listen to it.... nas is the man.

  • Nas is one of the nicest, but I'm not a fan of his newer shit.

  • yeah but his classics speak for themselves

  • Hell yea, that's the main reason I still like him. Illmatic is one of my favorite albums, and he can still come out with a good track, when he's not acting like he's a slave.

  • word bro illamatic one of my fav songs but i dnt no not da same

  • Styles may not have the most liked lyrics but hes real to the core. you can never mistake him for some niggas like soulja boy who will do nethng for the money.

styles. is of a diffrnt mold.

  • styles just rolls with it....

  • Nas-Lost Tapes

One of the best albums in Nas' catalogue. thats saying something!!

  • Styles P sickest out..

Ghost in the shell - best mixtape ever.

    Nas - G.O.A.T.

  • styles p spits true shit right next to nas. real hip hop...

  • hey that aint a bad top 5

  • sp is the nicest no question

  • nah, styles nice. but nas sounds way better. you got to love it

  • yo the original shit is called "u gotta love it" by NAS only..he spit real shit

  • joell ortiz is nice for the new skewl

  • I'm sorry but if you have Sheek louch in your top 5 something's wrong with your ears

  • lol.. tru indeed

  • @norfillyson ur an even bigger moron

  • @norfillyson damn hes not in my top five but sheek nice..what niggas dont fuck with donnie G????

  • @norfillyson LOL...no doubt

  • @Chuuuch07501 ur a moron

  • @tosiknumber24 Go ahead and post some amazing Sheek Louch lyrics then cuz I can't find em..

  • @Chuuuch07501

sheek killed this and check out bullets from a gun sheek is a good rapper too

  • @dwilliams354 sheek aint on this track LOL

  • @MrSmokinitup my bad im high as shit lol you right my g i ment to put that on another dblock vid cuz some body was talking shit

  • @Chuuuch07501

    So, you don't deny you're a moron? o.O

  • @Chuuuch07501 there must be something wrong with YOUR ears nigga if you don't think Sheek is up there, get the fuck off this video don't even listen to rap

  • @MauwieWawie718

    Sheek above Ghost, though?!?!?

  • Yo this my shiiiit!!!

  • S.P is a beast in the game, god flow.

Nas is a notch more poetic but SP comes harder.

  • Nas is better than Styles P.

  • fuck outa here, SP that dude, nas viewed it all from his project window while sp was running the pavement

  • He is but my opinion is nas is musically greater!! He switches up more.

  • Nas more lyrical, Stypes P is Hard as fuck and still def DOPE as fuck, but Nas way more lyrical ona nother level

  • True!!

  • damn that nigga must be horny all the time!

  • @MauwieWawie718

    Who?

  • @BurntToast187

My sentiments EXACTLY! They're both two of my absolute favorite hip-hop artists of all time.

  • Anybody can spit gangsta, whether they live it or not. I'm talkin bout music and versatility, not who shot the most guns.

  • U Cant Really Say That

  • yo s.p ain't no fucking joke, his flow is on some god shit, he is the god MC, the best since B.I.G. Nobody is on his level, NY needs to be proud of the ghost, an I'm from North Philly

  • you goddamn f---ing right!!! sps verses are bananas, he is getting better and better.

  • how do i downloude dis shit

  • i love this shit

  • Lol...

  • great colabo..

  • styles p number one just lettin yall know this is just one aspect of his diverse amazing untouchable style and nas is a dope rapper but the streets dont lie do your homework and youllsee how nas is under styles

  • me i just think nas is better than this dude this track is

  • i think better is wrong choice of words here there both street dudes and both deep thinkers , i side with styles on this track but i really like nas too so it doesn't matter .

  • it's the other way around actually...
