When I was a girl, Pele was my hero. Obviously, being a white girl from a Catholic middle class family that was not the norm. I love the game of soccer. My walls had posters of Pele, until my parents made me take them down, even my young Michael Jackson posters. I was able to keep a life sized version of the Fonz, tho.

Except for 77 Cosmos won a championship. Galaxy has a bunch of name players with no defensemen and goalie. Alexi LaLas has brought the Galaxy down the toilet. Now, Bruce Arena has to clean the mess LaLas left.
