You'll have to think about the facts also why it's so... RAW has been around for over 15 years and iMPACT! has only been around less then 6 years! And if you look at the 2 companys at a total, WWE has been around for about 58 years and TNA has only been around for about 8 years! So it's a litle bit different there and an huge advantage in time to the WWE of brining in audience!
But still, even doe WWE has been around for that mutch longer then TNA... iMPACT! are kicking both ECW and Superstars ass in the ratings. And, and... iMPACT! is almost kicking SD! ass in the ratings as well, not far from it now. Even doe SD! has been around for about 5 years longer then iMPACT! has. So I would say there is mutch to be happy about for a TNA fan and a TNA employe. TNA is on it's way up.

I understand that pretty much all the marks out there are loving this and are excited with the prospect of a Monday night war return. But really, don't you think once Vince really becomes threatened he'll just whip out his checkbook and buyout the big names in TNA like he's done in the past. How can you say that Vince bought out all the big names in the past. Much of what you said was right, but Vince didn't ask Bret to join WCW. Bret decided to leave for a bunch of reasons but not becuase Vince asked him.
Bret didn't want to lose (to anyone) in Montreal Canada (sp) which created the situation. Why Vince didn't strip the belt from Bret earlier I don't know - it would have avoided the whole thing!

Impact was a failure they wanted big big ratings and they got an overall of 1.5 compared to their best of a 1.3 in 2009. TNA has shown it has no fresh ideas by bringing back old timers and rejects and using WCWs storylines TNA IS EMBARRASSING.

Even though I think TNA is too young I think it should move to Monday Nights ago head to head with Vince McMahon for Monday Night War II. Way things are going with WWE and TNA I think it'll last more than five and a half years.

The show did hours of 1.46 and 1.3 with an average of 1,867,000 viewers.
The show peaked in the opening 15-minute segment with a 1.51 rating.

A decision has been made by TNA and Spike TV to move TNA iMPACT! permanently to Monday nights, reports the The Wrestling Observer.
The second Monday night iMPACT! is scheduled to air on March 1 following the success of the first Monday iMPACT! on January 4.
The March 1 episode will air at 9:00 p.m. EST, but the official weekly timeslot has not been confirmed yet.

You'll have to think about the facts also why it's so... RAW has been around for over 15 years and iMPACT! has only been around less then 6 years! And if you look at the 2 companys at a total, WWE has been around for about 58 years and TNA has only been around for about 8 years! So it's a litle bit different there and an huge advantage in time to the WWE of brining in audience!

WOW! TNA iMPACT! last night earned a 1.26 cable rating..same as last week and down from 1.5 from the Monday Kickoff Hogan Era Show.. that is pathetic! Already losing viewers?!?! I understand that pretty much all the marks out there are loving this and are excited with the prospect of a Monday night war return. But really, don't you think once Vince really becomes threatened he'll just whip out his checkbook and buyout the big names in TNA like he's done in the past. Don't get me wrong, I like TNA and think they have a good product, but they have some time to go before they can consistently keep up with the WWE in the ratings war.

How can you say that Vince bought out all the big names in the past. If you wipe away the cobwebs in your brain you will remember that Vince made Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash(Diesel), Scott Hall(Razor Ramon), Randy Savage, Big Bossman, Million Dollar Man, Virgil, Bret Hart. Much of what you said was right, but Vince didn't ask Bret to join WCW. Bret decided to leave for a bunch of reasons but not becuase Vince asked him.
Bret didn't want to lose (to anyone) in Montreal Canada (sp) which created the situation. Why Vince didn't strip the belt from Bret earlier I don't know - it would have avoided the whole thing!

Impact was a failure they wanted big big ratings and they got an overall of 1.5 compared to their best of a 1.3 in 2009. TNA has shown it has no fresh ideas by bringing back old timers and rejects and using WCWs storylines TNA IS EMBARRASSING.

i didnt watch TNA, not sure if we can get it in england, but it seems way more promising than wwe at the moment. The whole Cena/Disney/bubblegum wrestling era is lame, I want wrestling to be exciting again ie. The attitude era.
Thats why I reckon TNA definatly has a shot at top ratings. The only way wwe could restore itself is to bring the rock and Austin back... who knows what Vince might pull out.

Then I was flipping back and forth because
Hogan's tv time was versus Bret Hart's.
Then besides key moments like AJ vs. Angle and D-X vs. Sheamus...

Really none of us win, wrestling is very weak today. WWE is gonna continue the kiddy shit and TNA atleast they trying but I think its going to be the same WCW thing were the powers that be stay in power and dont push well deserved guys

now lets get one thing straight, my man over here darksaiyuki is right.. wwe got the ratings for the hos of the show, but know that TNA is showing the show again on thursday on your local spike TV at 8pm EST.. For those who didn't know what was going on or those who need a good recap be sure to watch, look for my reports to follow.. That is what will really start everything... not the first airing but the second one. :)

Now all I haveto say is the fight is truely on, because it may take some time to get everything in place since there was so much going on last night, but my feelings are that TNA will overcome the odds and be the better show.. Don't forget that Vince may be becoming a sellout his damned self.. I hope he was watching the show last night because he has another thing coming.

The rumors on the ring going away, one of the greatest things that set TNA apart are true.... Am I happy about this hell no but "hulk knows best" blah blah blah... Some of the stuff they did last night brought back memories, then others left you with questions... Yes I was a channel flipper, when TNA went to commercial I went to RAW only to be depressed. BRET FREAKING HEART come on now.. that was a great lead to an utter disaster...

So therefore them bringing back the old monday night war is a great idea since wwe lost some of its big names and gave up on so many great athletic talents.... So here comes the band- who didn't see that one coming, but I do have to say it may end bad if that starts the way we predict it... Is this a good thing, Hellz yeah its a good thing. It puts TNA much further on the map than in the begining. Is this war going to end badly? For the WWE it will if played out right

hey there, so let me get this straight, we have some TNA hardcore fans- some double double E hardcore fans, then we have some people here who are both.. I have to say I have been following WWE since I was born and I didn't even care about TNA untill the past two years. ( because I didn't know better) Tna provides a much better way to wrestle, et the people get down right nasty, and really show off their talents. WWE plays off their names untill we are bore with them i.e. John Cena....

wwe may win the ratings but tna is definately the better show although seeing hulk bringing the band back together is not wat tna needs right now or ever they should stick to their young talent and their talent to come like the young bucks RVD jeff and shanon moore maybe and others hogan had his spotlight so did knash hall waltmin aka x pac and the nasty boys we wanna see young wrestlers that outdo the old ones

@darksaiyuki i agree with that. But its kinda like....i feel as though TNA will be the better show if and only if WWE allows it. WWE has the talent, alot of promising young superstars. But its time to take us out of the Cena-Kiddie era, and lets get serious.

your right wwe has plenty of young talent but their in ring ability is limited due to the fact that that wwe wants to be family friendly the wwe diva are nothing more then blonde stereotypes and fake hbo porn and well they wont let their new talent into the spotlight like they should john morrison so far is the best out there i would say zack ryder is a good one but for people who dont know ryder has been there for years he was an edgehead and a former tag champ

honestly i dont expect him too rumor has it his primary reason of being in tna is to be a booker for new talent and the way hes been bringing in wrestlers yesterday i say it true hes working on getting mr kennedy aka ken anderson RVD and tommy dreamer thats a pretty good start to me and jeff hardy will be a big oneif he does if hogan gains more power than wat he has tna's downfall is inevitable
