  • Thanks for this video - it's very comprehensive.

I'm a doctor based in Edinburgh, Scotland and see lots of patients who struggle with heel pain. I've had a lot of good results recently from using Shockwave Therapy.

  • @MsLegend12345 see a doc you need an exam

  • @MsLegend12345 Hi. i am living with pain in my heel if that is what you have. if so, plantar fasciatis going to the doctor may or may not help you in the long run. In the short run yes as he will give you cortison shots but this is just temporary pain relief. For this type of condition, exercises might be your best bet.

  • A pain on the outter edge of the calcaneal bone, close to the Achilles Tendon, that is painful to touch, or a strap of a shoe rubbing against it causes a vibrating type of pain. Could this be a stress fracture? I walk on the outter edge of my foot, because of the mechanics of my leg. The pain has been going on for 2 to 3 weeks.

  • @kaleidoscopekay could be a stress fracture

    check with a doc
