What a great game. Why did Nintendo have to dumb their games down to such an easy level? I'm not saying games like Galaxy, and NSMBW are bad, its just that they are way easier, and that doesnt necesarily make the game better. This game should definetly be the number one spot for every list, because it changed gaming forever

but probably the games don't get as much easier as we think, i mean back when we played mario 64, at least i was like 6 AND never before did we experience mario in 3d, it was new, we had to learn to master.

now we are pros at 3d mario, so something we might have found hard back then is easy now.

I agree, we've gotten better, but I'd also say, I've replayed Super Mario 64, and in my opinion, its waaaaayyy harder than any of the others. I die so many times, or fail so many times at an objective, in this game

its great thinking back to how this was when 3D was introduced, so hearing Peach and Mario w/ voices, seeing the castle as if you could reach out and grab it (back then as a kid, this was crazy)....then the suspense, you hear the familiar sound as the warp pipe rises up, the drum roll and....YAHOO!!! at that moment, as a kid, I just knew this was gonna be an awesome game...*sigh* memories
