OK, let's just clear this up. There is a package for film editing called Bauhaus Mirage, the glare filter effect in it's library is what you see on the footage. It literally takes a few minutes to generate, and you can also attach the effect to a moving object (your eyes, a bird, a car...). Nice try, though.

oK I watched it again very closely and it's fake. at :15 he says her name, that's it, he doesn't tell her to actually turn around until :16 or :17. Ok now watch when he says her name she whips her neck around half way in the direction of the light and then whips her neck back to him which he then tells her to turn around which she does.
