I'll answer that for you. You must Strafe Jump onto the blue ledge, and again into the rail. Strafe Jumping increases both: 1. The height at which you jump, and 2. The length of which you jump. To Strafe Jump, you must aim down your sights, and be looking about a quarter of the distance away from your target. Start sprinting and immediately turn to your target and jump. This takes a few tries, so don't get frustrated.

Jamie, can you explain to me why I find it difficult to jump on to some of the things you jump on to easily first time. i.e. In Dome where you jump on to the blue thing in the corner just before jumo the window ledge then on to the dome, I can't get on to the blue thing in the first place. Do you need a certain class selected? Also, some your jumps seem to be a long distance that I can't get anywhere near.
