Well in the first story (its not on yt anymore) Calleigh and Eric had started a relationship and in the midst of them...doing what they do...someone taped them. From there, it was distributed to the department and everyone saw Calleigh and Eric doing it. So that's where the tape comes in. :P

but wow, Rick actually feels guilty. I guess even though he gives everyone a hard time and all, he really doesn't want to totally screw-up their lives
