one question: i've been dieting and exercising for a 11 months now, started gym 1 month ago. im 4% body fat and have really hard abs thing is.. even with 4%body fat they only show the upper 4, when i flex or pose the 6pack shows but i cant get my skin as tight wrapping the muscle as yours. could it be water retention? thanks and good job
