Did you file harassment charges against the police? I remember the scene with the head cop when he told you that they can not talk to you as long as the case was pending in court? Well, the case is over, you won, thank God and now they have to accept and process a police harassment report. I would just to cross our T's and dot our I's. Bless you and keep up the good fight.

What an ordeal to put anyone through just because they can. A classic example of "guilty until proven innocent." Cops don't know law! They count on prosecuters and judges to bail their asses out of situations when they bring bogus BS into court. They all belong to the same club. It's bad politics for them to get beat in court. It shows judiciary incompetence. Even when you're a cop; "a man's got to know his limitations!" This case got a lot of attention. They had to drop the charges!!

Good for you. Keep up your good work. I was arrested 6/29/11 for "External Contempt of Court". I go to trial on 7/26 for defying Judge Belvin Perry's order that anything that has to do with free speech must only be in the free speech zones. 2 9' x 33' areas 400' away from everything. I was handing out "Fully Informed Jury" Flyer's. We all must fight Tyranny. Mark

Love it. Nice to see the good guys win one, sorta. They all still get payed for their time, the cops get away with abusing their positions (again), really they still win. I look forward to a time when we can hold these people accountable personally. It's not good enough to sue when they are still insulated from the judgement and the people bare the cost. Hope the porc parade makes it outta unfriendly territory without any more creative law enforcing "serving and protecting" you guys. -peace
