That's a bold statement, and while I understand what you're trying to say, you sound terribly uninformed. Weak hearts or other birth complications are not always the result of bad genes. It can be the result of environmental factors (medicine side effects, water/air pollution, etc.). So why should they die for being born into a world which gave them the birth complications in the first place? That's not to say that's the only use for synth. organs but you know what I'm getting at.

I think artificial organs are a great thing, it can help keep friends and family around
