A cop once stopped me because he thought I was someone he once arrested. He was wrong. he and 2 other cops surrounded me and asked me questions. I answered them nicely and they realized it was mistaken identity. They then left me around. I did not harass them or question why they stopped me. I realize their jobs are tough and chose not to make it harder for them. .
At the point the officer lays his hands on me I fight back and kick his, which I have done before, you can have a camera, and the first clip, that guy should have given that officer a beatdown. Wanna be aggressive, then prove to me you can kick my ass without a weapon, officer if you can't do it, then leave me the fuck alone.
i think anyone who carries a gun should HAVE to carry identification so they can do a firearms licence check but other than driving a vehicle or carrying a weapon then you shouldn't need one

It should be the other way around in actual practice! Cops should know the laws better than the people because some people will try to use the law as a cover or a feint for doing something illegal. @killacam876 Sorry I have been away, why shouldn't guns be banned, what do you need them for? Your violent crimes and your own US army statistics shows you have a higher rate than down town Baghdad. Shouldnt policing be left to the police. In most countries with strict gun control, gun related crimes has fallen. You not only have a high gun murder rate and crime rate (per 100,000 pop) but these stats dont take into account the accidental shootings. I just dont see why a FREE society needs guns.

Illegalizing guns wont do much of anything, most guns used in gang wars and whatnot are illegal unregistered guns, so nothing would happen. The only people that would be affected are the people who go out and hunt for their own food so they don't have to eat that human modified shit the serve in stores.

And like I said making guns illegal would just increase the amount of illegal guns and gun crime would not go down much if any. The scenario itself almost never happens, what's more common is someone breaks in and hears the cock of a shotgun and runs away. If they meet and the criminal draws a gun and you use the shotgun to shoot him... Why is that wrong?

It should be the other way around in actual practice! Cops should know the laws better than the people because some people will try to use the law as a cover or a feint for doing something illegal. It's up to the officer to snuff out the "false lights" as it were. If you're wrong, you're wrong. If you're right, you're right. A good officer, if not a great officer, will know the difference.
