this Accident has shit to do with drunken car drivers, its raining and in Panamericana usually you drive at about 110 - 130 km/h. ( Max 130 km/h ).

Did you know that at 120 km/h in wet pavement you need at least 279 meters to stop the car ? Seems you dont for the things you say, That they teach us in Argentina, maybe you should learn.
