Anyone know what the name of the bottle on the left is i want to buy a few because they are chemical free but i cant find the video where he talks about them thanks guys!
Have you ever studied quantum physics? Bruce H. Lipton's works are excellent resources for this topic, among many others... just seems like something you'd be interested in.
I'll agree with the "Walking in life" This year I decided I will change my life. I'm competing in my first bodybuilding show, I've forgiven people who hurt me in the past and I'm finally at peace. I turned my mother into a gym rat :) People that knew me in the past just tell me that I'm motivating then to take better care of themselves. I'm even starting to post videos here on youtube. Helping others is it's own reward. Keep going Strong Mr. Hulse
Good good stuff. I'm a school teacher--and the "traditional" system leaves little room to teach "character development." We're expected flood their brains with info, and maybe critical thinking skills--but we fail to nourish matters of the heart and soul. Thanks for the inspiration; and yes, I'm one of your fans. I put you amongst inspirations as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, etc. That's right.
I was originally a bit skeptical of you and what you preach, I was just looking for some workout tips but you are legit and a great person. Great job, keep up the good work!
I too enjoy studying philosophy in depth and at first I thought "Ayn Rand!? F that!" but then I saw the Tao Te Ching (My favorite book) And came to the conclusion of balance. You should read up on the thoughts and beliefs of Jeremy Bentham and John Mills. Then a good contrast to that would be Immanuel Kant. Interesting ideas to think about but neither are truly applicable in America if you do plan to be successful. sad but true. not to mention they both seem to be an all or nothing philosophy.
@strongmanzack i dont love rand... in fact i've only begun reading atlas shrugged and so far i think even the protagonist are psychos! i love reading and exploring a wide variety of literature and ideas.. .thanks zack!
Should i buy more equipmnet or go to gym?heres my backyard gym loadout:
-benchpress
-tree branch for pull ups
-the ground for my pushups and situps and 1234's
-the wall and a ball for my squats
-dumbells that are 15 lbs.
so how's my gym?so should i stick with my gym or get a makeover?i am seeing improvement in my pecks and arms, now im gonna focos on my stomach more.maybe hang on the branch and lif my legs up and down?
@GamingGuru21 iI the initial phases of interactions with strength and personal developement vanity is almost always the primary driving factor(and is an important one). You are starting from a base and moving towards a physical image(in your mind) of yourself that you would like to manifest.Simply isolating certain muscle areas will start to make the changes you seek but it is not the answer to the whole story!
@GamingGuru21 Expanding your base of knowledge is just as important if not more so. Simple stuff like how stress ravages ones strenth and vitality are easily overlooked. I would urge you to Go back through elliots video's for the last 2 years and absorb the wisdom (ori hoff mekler is one author i actually bought and examined in detail). There is so much wisdom and open minded and critical thinking here on this channel it is a gold mine!
@GamingGuru21 You will get where you want to go eventually when your goal moves beyond the vanity assosiated with being in the gym and starts to move towards the positive impact it has on you and your growth as a person! Hope what i say makes sense to you or anyone who reads it and isn't just nonsense, it is to a degree a regurgitation of my study of elliots work in this video and others(I gravitate towards him now for strength guidance)! Much love! Kevin
I love how you are so passionate about not being just physically strong but strong on the inside. Inspires me to do the same! To be "the Strongest Version of Myself". =]
@MaaNonu123 experience has taught me that although steroids will make my muscles stronger, the associated negative changes in character and mindset outweigh the benefits (at least for me) -- ironically, i coined the term "strongest version of myself" immediately after discontinuing the use of anabolics and began a quest for a more balanced and lasting strength, the kind that I've been sharing with you though these videos.
@strengthcamp so you used steroids?and is that why p.m.s elliot looked like he had tits?we want the truth!(thats were u reply "you cant handle the truth!" and get lots of thumbs up)
hey, Elliot im 16 going to be 17 Bout to start my senior year in highschool. I play football getting recruited by lots of schools, andI love working out. Your gym amazing is its truly inspires me my dream is to have something on my own and just run it MY way. My question is how do I start? I really want to help others become better at whatever they do whether its a sport or just having a better life style. My question to you is How do I start this up?
what you produce on your videos is a positive energy with great tools for self repair! thank you for everything you and mike have taken on.....your efforts have changed my life and also changed many around me...still kickin it on your LHM plan...thx again!
thank you, elliott hulse. i've been inspired by many. likewise, many have told me i've inspired them. the perspective you shared in this video give me so much motivation to share my own insight with others again. i admire how passionate you are. stay strong!
Yo ive asked before but never got a response. is there a way i can get some of those tanks your wearing? i checked your website that took me to to another site, but there arent any tank tops...???
i heard your channel mention on a minecraft vid yesterday and came to check it out lol the first vid was 1 from 2009 and i just watched through about 40 videos in a row from ther haha your stuff is amazing keep up the awesome life lessons
I like your videos and drawn to your stuff. There is one thing i must question which is your belief in God/The Bible. I cant figure out how a person who seems so informed in life allows themselves to be limited by religion. I hope this is not offensive, but in the modern day it really has become a thing of the past in my eyes and has no place in society today. Off topic yes but it would be interesting to know your thoughts on your beliefs.
@slunkeh big (and good) question! one that would require a full day to expound on... but in reference to "the modern day it really has become a thing of the past". our past is the SOIL i mention in the video. its rooted in our DNA, to deny it is to pretend to be blind. We (in the west) are a Judeo-Christian society and have been HEAVILY shaped, in values and practice, buy this heritage, as it is described in the bible.
I think this is also a good topic for a 10 minutes video, because I think quite a few people watch your video's with the same question Elliot. I'm an atheist and I believe many of our morals come from our instinct and logical thinking, not the bible, but that's my opinion. I respect any religious person that respects me. It's quite simple for me. Either way, it's interesting enough for a seperate video, I think!
@strengthcamp all i can say is that, if it serves your purpose in life then so be it! I personally dislike religion but absolutely do NOT dislike religious people at all. It is an argument that cannot be won by either side but do take notice of how people label it a belief.... for there is no physical substance to prove its existence. I look forward to your next video :-)
@slunkeh That is correct it can't be proven. "Religion" is a system of beliefs that tell us 1. how we got here 2. how to live our lives, and 3. where we go after we die. Atheism does all of these things and is defined as. "The belief that there is no God or gods" Thus Atheism is also a system of beliefs, and we have yet to scientifically prove how we got here etc.. I realize I'm probably not going to change your mind, as no one ever does in religious debates lol... BTW ELLIOT YOU INSPIRE ME !!!
@slunkeh the truth is that i actually do not "believe" anything, as the definition of belief contains a level of ignorance. instead i share my experiences and considered the experiences of others, all equal and valid. God is just a word i use to describe what I have experienced though out my life... you could just as easily call it Universe, Satan, Tao, Great Spirit, Tatonka, I Am, Quantum Physics, whatever... it just a word to describe the indescribable.

Positive thinking brings positive results. =)
Just challenging that negative thought can make a difference from completing that set to failing or just failing =)
