At first I thought he was saying "time to lilo". And I was playing thinking "wtf how does lilo get into this. But after thinking it over I realized that he was shooting at me. So now I think he's saying "time to reload"

It's called the Final Form. You will randomly obtain it after a cutscene in this world where Roxas and Sora fight each other, and then one time when you transform, it will turn into Final Form. Then you can freely select Final Form.

It's just the Scan ability that you learn way back at like Level 4.

It's the Antiform. You get it randomly (based on some percentage) when you turn into any non-Final Drive form.

No, there's only one Ansem.

The Ansem that Riku looks like isn't Ansem at all. That's Xehanort's (Xemnas') Heartless. He only went around claiming he was Ansem.

I never got how that worked...I did that and still got screwed over, since it comes from like all directions.

Meh.. ill try to explain it. that move gave me a lot of trouble first time round.. infact im playing through it again after not playing it for like a year... only just beat him now...

Oh btw... having level 3 in master and valor forms for the abilitys helps dodge it.

When he makes it small Jump diag into one of the corners behind him then follow him clockwise around the room to dodge his flurry of bullets... when he says "lets see how you dance" run around him until it ends...
