Lovely clip never seen before, so informal & natural, love it

This BBC (London) were grossly mis-managed throughout the 60s & 70s and 95% of Top of the Pops episodes from the 60's were de-gaussed (magnetically erased).

All the masters were shot onto 2" tape which the BBC thought had little value.

Meanwhile over in Germany their main pop music programme called "Beat Club" which ran from 1965-1984 had a man called Michael Leckerbusch in charge and he made sure EVERY episode was kept in pristine condition, all the original 2" master tapes still survive.

lol it looks like they are trying to make judith crackup but she doesnt miss a beat.

Notice how they start playing around with their instruments at 1:17 and bruce woodley on that particular passage is playing around on the guitar at 1:49  when he is supposed to be playing a poignant phrase and he looks at judith to check out her reaction

great video, it is nice to see them all so happy.what a treasure, great people great music, and Judith my Angel still endures, a great human of this earth, and still in 2009 sound great. kudos again to pro, for this clip, and to Judith from her many fans in San Francisco, your carnival will never be over, great music endures

Thank you for this rare clip - it seems the "Boys" could lighten up in rehersal and - Judith looks so natural and very pretty with a warm smile at 1:05. So sad she didn't think so.
