Great job, but you should keep your elbows straight in human flag. So, this is only one of variation of human flag with bend elbows - it is more easy. But 16 sec of human flag - it's impressive. Good balanc, but i know - it's only begin of your way:) You can do it better, and you will.
Before you where able to do all of these insane moves, what was it that you did to train from one to the next? Could u make a video by any chance? I be happy to see what I can do to be at your level.
