I rooted for the Dolphins during the 90's, mainly cause I liked Dan Marino & Don Shula. I remember this game, I felt as good as I possibly could about losing a playoff game to score 34 points in the cold and freezing rain of Buffalo.
The most painful loss to the Bills (there were a lot of them during this time) was the 1992 AFC Championship game. For once, the Bills had to come to the bright sun of Miami and the Phins just flat out laid an egg in that game.
In This Clip, From 1:43 To 2:18, It Was NBC Sports' NFL On NBC: AFC Division Playoffs: Miami Dolphins Vs. Buffalo Bills Video Open From Saturday Afternoon, January 12, 1991.
@serge014 Peyton Manning is the closest, but not everybody could do the things he did, because back then, DBs could grab wideouts anywhere they wanted, ugh, that's disgusting
The bills may have one, but for Miami to score 34 points in freezing rain???? When there stadium stays 95 with 110 humidity...Yeah tell me it doesn't make a difference
1:50 There's something you don't see any more at stadiums, a cigarette ad.

Looks like after Super Bowl XXIII they really watered down some of the appearance of the Quantel Cypher or went to a less featured machine.

@bigmrclean good points, but Dan Marino was always able to put up points. The issue was always the Dolphins defense.

@Jeff051176 I wish they would have the had the defense they had a few years ago back then when Dan was fresh...Then maybe he'd have his ring.

@bigmrclean
If Dan had a defense he still wouldn't anything NFC TEAMS to strong !
