Have you ever ridden a motorcycle?

If not, find some one that has a old dirt bike that they will let you ride to learn on in a paddock.

If so you should be good to go.

You can get your Motorcycle license at the age if 16, 9 months.

If you can drive a manual car, then you are half way there to know how to ride the bike, the key is to learn Balance, steering, shifting, worry about falling off later.
