I live at this building and recently broke my lease. There are homeless people sleeping across the road and walking around the premise all day. Recently police were here due to a rape. The management is rude, the garage is always broken so we get stuck inside the garage often. 4 other couples that are friends with us broke their leases too. The Sun Sentinel Media recently came due to complaints with management. I was walking my dog and there they were with 20 other complaining to them!
