@BadEditPro The only other record I've seen with a massive lead in is a red vinyl 12" stock single of Brothers Johnson "Strawberry Letter 23". Kinda cool but whoever cut this record was stingy with the vinyl. Shorten up the lead in and spread out the grooves for better fidelity would have been my choice if I mastered this record. They even got the Artist name incorrect on the jacket cover..LOL! Ricky Dees? c'mon.lol!
@vinyl12s Looks to me like the engineer had the lathe setup wrong before he started the cut and changed the run in on the fly. He was most likely in a hurry and let it go out like that since it didn't effect the quality too much. I've got a Hall & Oates 45 where the engineer allowed it to record about 30 seconds of silence at the end of the song before it goes to the run out. He must have stepped away while it was cutting and missed the end of the song. :) JC
it looks somewhat warped

@basementrecords100 Records naturally warp, this one is hardly warped, I have some far worse which are suprisingly still playable!

can you post "Doctor Disco" by Rick Dees, please?

@basementrecords100 I'm sorry, that is the only Rick Dees record I have.

The duck is voiced by Ken Pruitt, a friend of Rick Dees, NOT Clarence Nash aka Donald Duck.

I've never seen a record cut like that before! I wonder why there's such a huge lead in. Have you seen other pressing like this? :) JC

@BadEditPro The intro is gone too. This is basically the vocal and instrumental sides mixed together.
